Having had the opportunity to work and live in various countries, I have consistently been fascinated by the multitude of perspectives, thoughts, and shared values that exist within diverse communities. It has led me to question how such distinct viewpoints can coexist alongside common values. As an HR professional, this realization has motivated me to explore ways in which we can harness the power of diversity to improve team dynamics.


Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to assemble teams consisting of individuals from over 40 different nationalities. Undoubtedly, this initially posed a significant challenge. However, in today's world, we are fortunate to have access to tools that can enhance the hiring process. These tools enable us to evaluate personality traits, values, and the potential for new team members to contribute to and complement existing teams.
